Came in as a walk in needing a simple check on something that didn’t feel Right with my truck. Jayden was friendly and welcoming, got me the information and recommendations I needed. They got me in and out sooner than I expected and zero pressure. I will be back and definitely will recommend them to friends needing service in the future.

This Good Year was amazing! Our tires were loosing air and breaking down, and Dakota saved us and got us in and switched out our tires so fast. He went above and beyond for us, was so kind, friendly and just amazing customer service. We are beyond thankful to Dakota and the mechanics that switched our tires out so fast. We are beyond thankful!

I came in because my engine was overdue for some TLC, but I’m the one who ended up overheating. My car got a 5-star oil change, but the manager? A solid 10/10. My car is running smooth, my heart rate is at an all-time high, and I’m suddenly considering 'losing' my gas cap just so I have an excuse to go back tomorrow. Best service in town—in every sense of the word.

Shelby and her staff at Goodyear Pearl City were awesome. I needed 4 tires replaced, an oil change, and a safety check. They were able to take care of everything including ordering my tires and scheduling my appointment a couple days out. Would definitely recommend. Make sure if you need a safety check and your time is short that you call ahead to confirm the availability of appointments as they fill up quick.

Scheduled my car for new tires and alignment check/repairs. They told me it would take about 2 hours. After 3 hours had passed, I called to inquire on the status of my car. They told me there were two cars ahead of me and it would not be done until some time later in the afternoon. I asked them why it would take practically the whole day? They said a lot of cars came in and they only have two mechanics. So it seems like, although I had scheduled an early appointment, the cars that came in after me were put in front of the line. I didn’t have time to wait until the afternoon so I picked up my car without the alignment check and took it to Lex Brody. Just a bad way to run a business. The multiple bad reviews from other customers speaks volumes. In addition, I noticed scratches on my rims. These guys are just terrible..
